本臭氧(yang)制備原理(li)是間隙放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)法,供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)單元提供高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場而使流(liu)過(guo)發(fa)(fa)生器的(de)氧(yang)氣(qi)在此電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場中通(tong)過(guo)。臭氧(yang)發(fa)(fa)生器罐體本身和內(nei)部的(de)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)室(shi)為接(jie)地極(ji),高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)加到絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)體的(de)金(jin)屬電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang),金(jin)屬電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)外(wai)部涂上(shang)了特殊的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)材(cai)料(liao),這樣在絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)層和臭氧(yang)發(fa)(fa)生器罐體接(jie)地極(ji)之間形成了高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場,氧(yang)氣(qi)通(tong)過(guo)時通(tong)過(guo)高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)轉化為臭氧(yang)。
本臭(chou)氧制備原理是間(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian)法(fa),供(gong)電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元提供(gong)高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)場而使流過發生器的(de)氧氣在此電(dian)(dian)場中通過。臭(chou)氧發生器罐體(ti)(ti)本身和(he)內部的(de)放電(dian)(dian)室為接地極(ji),高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)到絕(jue)緣(yuan)體(ti)(ti)的(de)金(jin)屬電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang),金(jin)屬電(dian)(dian)極(ji)外部涂上(shang)了特殊的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)材料,這樣在絕(jue)緣(yuan)材料層和(he)臭(chou)氧發生器罐體(ti)(ti)接地極(ji)之(zhi)間(jian)形(xing)成(cheng)了高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)場,氧氣通過時通過高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)暈放電(dian)(dian)轉化為臭(chou)氧。
氧(yang)氣轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化(hua)為臭(chou)氧(yang)的(de)過程中釋(shi)放熱(re)(re)量,必須通過接地極(ji)的(de)發生(sheng)器水(shui)腔的(de)冷(leng)卻水(shui)帶走熱(re)(re)量以促進(jin)臭(chou)氧(yang)的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化(hua)效(xiao)率,因此冷(leng)卻水(shui)對臭(chou)氧(yang)制備非常(chang)重要。
水冷式臭氧發生器(高配)一般由氣源系統、臭氧發生器、電源系統、冷卻水系統、PLC控制系統、臭氧投加系統及尾氣破壞系統等幾大部分組成。此外,還有大量的輔助設備如測量系統、閥門及管道等。
